Shipping policy

Retail orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. There may be times during sales and vacations where processing will be delayed. This will be communicated at the top of the page and in the group. 

Preorders are processed and shipped within 8-12 weeks of round closing. Any delays will be communicated in the group, or via email for non-group members.  Placing a preorder is confirmation you understand and agree to this turnaround time. Refunds will not be issued before 12 weeks. 

We are US based and currently ship within the US, Canada and Australia.  Please inquire if your country is not listed.
