HOW BIG ARE BLANKET TOPPERS?
~Toddler Blanket Toppers are 60x40, complete with the panel and coordinate for the backer. All you have to do is sew. These are also great for clothes!

DO I NEED TO ORDER A BACKER?
~ Short Answer: No, you don't NEED a backer. If you want more or less warmth, an additional layer or different base requiring a backer would be needed.
~ Toddler Toppers come as a complete set. 1 and 2 Meter toppers would need the additional backer is ordered separately.
~Our Double Sided Stretch Minky (DSSM) is cozy on BOTH sides and does not fray. Its essentially already a finished blanket. Our Single Sided Minky is cozy on one side and no so much on the other. This is a great choice if you plan to use a backer.
~ Our Cotton Woven is Quilt quality at 140gsm. Boardshort is also a popular backer as if it cool to the touch and lightweight. Both of these Fray and would need proper finishing
~ Each Listing will tell you the suggested backer to order, but the choice is yours! Heck get 2 different panels and make it reversible! Order Qty 1 for a 1 Meter topper and Qty 2 for a 2 Meter Topper (and leave a note at checkout so I can relay to the printer for continuous)
WHAT DO I DO WITH IT WHEN I GET IT?
~ That depends on what you chose it for. Clothes? follow your pattern silly! Blankets? See below!
~If you chose a 1 or 2 meter DSSM, nothing! Unless you want to! Most will trim off the selvage. (white edges) Some will fold over the edges and create a Faux Binding.
~ If you chose a toddler or added a backer, you just sew them together in one of many different techniques. Just ask if you need some of them! The easiest is place them Right Sides together, and stitch around the whole thing, leaving a gap for turning. turn it, carefully press the seams (or don't!) and top stitch (or at least close the gap)
